A life's adventure

 

Our new life in Nevada is certainly a challenge; no family, a few friends, and a completely different climate.  We have escaped the Vegas valley each month visiting friends in LA, Disney, and San Diego.  A couple of jaunts to Utah and many small excursions exploring the sights and sounds that are NOT the strip.

Our family has never been known for taking the "normal" path. Kim and I started our lives together with a propensity to adventure.  Many years ago a day trip to Canon Beach turned into a 16 day trip to the central coast of California.  Since that trip we have made adventuring a focal point of our family.  ​We have seen the greater part of the western US and this summer decided to find an area that we have yet to explore.

This summer's, nearly 3000 mile trip is filled with family and friends as well as discovering the California coast from Santa Cruz south (an area we have not yet explored).  Feel free to check in and follow us on this year's adventure.
